In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Solis Health & Wellness" refers to Solis Health & Wellness, a registered business entity (ABN 53676750150).

• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions.

• "You" refers to the person acquiring goods and services from Solis Health & Wellness.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

1.1. By using Solis Health & Wellness services, including but not limited to services and products, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. Solis Health & Wellness reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Reasonable efforts will be made to inform clients of changes, which may include email notifications, website updates, or in-clinic announcements. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Privacy Policy:

2.1. Solis Health & Wellness complies with the Privacy Act. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our full privacy policy can be found here. The information that you provide to us is stored by our client management software system Halaxy. Their privacy policy can be viewed here.

Products and Services:

3.1. Solis Health & Wellness offers a range of programs and services.

3.2. All purchases, sessions and products, are final. Solis Health & Wellness does not offer refunds for change of mind, user error, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason unless otherwise specified in these terms.

Liability and Indemnity:

4.1. Participation in Solis Health & Wellness services, including programs and use of our facilities, is at your own risk.

4.2. By using our services, you agree not to hold Solis Health & Wellness or its staff responsible for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Fees and Payments:

5.1. Fees for services may change from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of fee increases through email, website updates, or in-clinic announcements.

Cancellations:

6.1. There is a 12-hour cancellation policy for private sessions and if you do not cancel your booking within this time or fail to turn up you will be charged the full session amount. Our full cancellation policy can be found here.

6.2. Please cancel if you are unable to attend a session to make your place available to others.

General Guidelines:

7.1. Personal belongings should be stored securely, and Solis Health & Wellness is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.

7.2 Listen carefully to therapist’s and trainer’s instructions during sessions.

7.3. When attending Solis Health & Wellness, you acknowledge that therapists & trainers may use tactile cueing and adjustments to maintain a safe experience. Additionally, these cueing methods are used to deepen your learning and grow your capabilities.

7.4. Gift cards of dollar value can be redeemed for services or products. They are not redeemable for cash.
