Cancellation Policy
At Solis, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and maintain the quality of our services, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Notice Period for Cancellations and Rescheduling
12 Hours Notice: We require a minimum of 12 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Less Than 12 Hour’s Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation Fees
Less Than 12-hour Cancellations: If you cancel on the day of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment without prior notice, we may not be able to accommodate the full session, and the full-service fee will still apply.
3. How to Cancel or Reschedule
Phone: Call us or text 0434 415 080 to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Email: Send an email to info@solisperth.com.au with your name, appointment date, and time, and request to cancel or reschedule.
4. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any extenuating circumstances. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion in such cases.
5. Confirmation of Cancellations and Rescheduling
You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling via email or phone. If you do not receive confirmation, please follow up to ensure your request has been processed.
6. Multiple Cancellations
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
Example of Applicable Fees
Service Booked: 60-minute Remedial Massage
Service Fee: $110
Scenario 1: Cancelling 6 hours before the appointment
Cancellation Fee: 50% of $110 = $55
Amount Charged: $55
Scenario 2: No-show
No-show Fee: 100% of $110 = $110
Amount Charged: $110
Scenario 3: Cancelling 13 hours before the appointment
Cancellation Fee: $0 (no fee)
Amount Charged: $0
