A little bit about Solis
“I believe we need to move away from the traditional setting and styling of health clinics and move into a holistic, welcoming space, moving away from treating peoples conditions and instead treating them as a person.
Chronic or persistent pain is a growing societal issue. I wish to break down as many barriers as possible and empower people through education and strengthening in a safe, calm environment.”

The Pillars of Solis
Movement
Movement is medicine. It stimulates the release of chemicals and hormones to reduce pain and removes pain-based and mental-based barriers to achieving life quality. Movement assessments are a part of both our remedial massage and strength and conditioning services.
Resilience
Your body remembers pain. Learn to push through this in a safe setting. Via manual therapy and movement, your tissue is stimulated in a controlled manner, desensitising individual tissue and the greater nervous system - reducing your pain while building mental and tissue resilience.
Empowerment
We do not instill fear in our clients. Build confidence within yourself. We empower you to become the best version of yourself. You are stronger than you believe. Pain and movement barriers make us feel that we’re more fragile than we are.
Education
It’s essential to pass knowledge on pain science to all of our clients through explanation and demonstration during treatments and strength sessions. We want you
to understand how your body is responding to each treatment, equip you to make informed decisions with your recovery.
The Mind
Stress and anxiety often intensify pain and sensitivity. The presence of cortisol, commonly known as the stress hormone can contribute to increased pain by causing more sensitivity within the nervous system. Consequently, chronic or acute pain can arise.
Both tissue and the mind remember pain and experiences. Understanding this remembered pain, combined with treatment and movement leads to a higher quality of life
